SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We provide FREE shipping (with tracking information) on all domestic orders. Some orders may require extra time to fulfill; rest assured, MELROD will contact you for any unusual delays.
*Kindly note there are no refunds on upgraded shipping costs elected by you at check out.*
What's the Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?
- Returns are accepted up to 28 days from the purchase date if the item is in its original condition with the MELROD hang tag attached and no sign of visible wear. Packing slip MUST BE included. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with no stains or distinguishable scents (perfume, deodorant, BO, etc.) Your refund will then be issued as soon as the item arrives to the return center.
- *Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale with no exceptions.* All SALE items are Final Sale, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns do not meet our policy.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from MELROD to confirm that your order has been received. However, orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address have been verified.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number via email. Once the tracking number has been distributed, MELROD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I’ve purchased the wrong size. What can I do?
We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from us if applicable. See the returns policy above.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
MELROD customers must input discount code at time of checkout. Our system does not allow any manually adjusted discounts on orders that have already been placed.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed and has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your order efficiently and to minimize error. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
